Dear clients, friends and contacts, As we all have experienced, the world around us is changing and has changed even more in the last few months. CED has a successful history of being innovative and answering the challenges we meet. ‘Key’ to that success is the fact that we have constantly been able to adjust our way of working to the new circumstances and more demanding needs of our clients. Changes to serve you even better!
With pride I therefore present you our new e-zine in which we shall keep you informed about the market of international claims, new developments and our solutions.
In this edition we shall go into the effects of the corona crisis regarding cross border claims. This period has been challenging for CED as well, but we have been able to align our organisation with the new reality and we have strengthened our organization with initiatives such as fraud detection, IT-development and an efficient back-office to service all offices throughout Europe. In Poland we have moved from Wroclav to Warsaw, enabling us to be closer to our clients and the booming market in East Europe. In many countries CED has implemented new solutions such as our remote services. At CED we have the ambition to get stronger out of the period behind us. We hope to inspire you with our news.
