‘We stay ahead of the game’
Dear clients, friends, and valued contacts,
It’s summertime! And that is one of the best times of the year to reach out to you with our digital magazine. After all, we are on the threshold of a very special season. The travel sector predicts a very busy summer, with increasing car, camper, and caravan traffic. On top of that, there are many extra traffic flows of sports fans and participants on their way to Euro 2024 Football in Germany, the Tour de France in Italy and France, and even the Olympic Games in France. These sports tournaments show what we, as CED CBC, have proven with you for years: that borders between people don’t exist and that there is nothing better than international collaboration.
Material and personal injuries
What we can say with some certainty is that this summer, with its high volume of traffic, will bring many accidents, with material and personal injuries. Research in the Netherlands has shown that this is not expected to decrease despite the increased technical safety of cars. We collectively note how important it is to handle personal injury cases rapidly and thoroughly, if only for the rapid recovery of the affected party themselves. As your claims handling partner, CED CBC, we are always happy to help you manage these (extra) volumes in an efficient and careful manner.
New partners
We can proudly announce that the quality of our services is being increasingly acknowledged. Many new clients choose CED CBC when it comes to cross-border claims handling, but also for our new Claims Services: claims handling or the management of administrative tasks regarding ‘domestic claims’. And, due to our ‘handling qualities’ and experience in the automotive market, we have also been able to expand our services for Kiwa. CED CBC is chosen as a partner by Kiwa, a worldwide top 20 company when it comes to testing, inspection, and certification. Specifically for support in the SERMI certification for car companies. You can read why here.
Knowledge-sharing
For all these new partners and for you, we want to be a reliable partner to whom you can comfortably outsource your claims handling processes. To have the thoroughness of our processes acknowledged by an authorized third party, we are going through the ISAE 3402 audit process. You can read more about this here. We also consider sharing our (practical) knowledge an important aspect of being a reliable partner. That is why we share 4 important trends in mobility in this magazine, and we have yet again hosted a successful webinar this month about handling personal injury cases. You can find a summary and an opportunity to re-watch this here.
‘Keep calm. Enjoy summer’
You can rely on us to stay ahead of the game this summer. With all our people, systems, services and flexibility, we are prepared for what this summer may bring. And more. Feel free to always get in touch with us if necessary. For example, via the Locations Page on our new, corporate website www.cedgroup.eu or get in touch with me directly. For now, we trust you will enjoy this e-zine and wish you on behalf of our entire team a happy summertime!
Warm greetings, Karin Korstanje Managing Director CED Cross Border Claims
